Blending a discerning perspective and twenty plus years of global business experience, Sherry Duda’s expertise lies in helping CEOs and senior teams execute accelerated growth strategies and transformation through globalization, mergers and acquisitions, innovation, and effective organization design. Sherry is an action-oriented executive with a track record of significantly improving profitability.
Before founding Alex Reidy & Company, Sherry was Vice President Talent & Organization Development for the Hershey Company where she designed and led the company’s talent strategy, which is enabling the company’s impressive global growth and competitive advantage.
Sherry has held led turnarounds, global acquisitions, divestitures, post-merger integrations, and organization redesign with FORTUNE 100 companies. She has advised senior teams in consumer goods and services, oil and gas, healthcare, technology, basic materials and industrial industries.
Education and Certifications
Sherry holds a Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Psychology and a Master’s degree in Labor and Human Resources from The Ohio State University.
Sherry is certified in cultural change and transformation, organization design, and competency modeling, and she is an executive coach trained through the prestigious Coaches Training Institute (CTI).
Board and Volunteer Activities
Sherry is the President of the Organization Development Network, which is the largest international association of organization development practitioners in the world. She is an active member of Chicago’s Council on Global Affairs, the Executive’s Club of Chicago, the American Marketing Association, and the Human Resource Management Association of Chicago.
